I grew up in Spartanburg, SC. Our family had two cats, but I was always bringing home more buddies from the woods and creek behind our house - snakes, lizards, frogs, spiders, you name it. Between my 3 sisters and I we also had a few hamsters, a gerbil and a few rats
After high school, I headed to the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I met my future wife. We managed to rescue quite a few cats during our time there. We had always been primarily a cat family until we adopted our sweet girl Chloe. Then came Rocky, another Golden to keep Chloe company. Unfortunately Chloe passed away not long after, and we brought home Marley, a hyper-affectionate boxer-lab mix. I am also a freelance graphic designer. But when I am not at the desk, you will catch me drawing, working on vintage Volkswagens or skateboarding. |
