I’m an Atlanta-area native, U.S. Navy veteran, and lifelong animal lover. During my eight years in the Navy, I worked in the medical field as a Hospital Corpsman, where I learned the importance of responsibility, patience, attention to detail, and caring for others—qualities I bring with me when caring for animals as well.
I’m the proud owner of Cyra, my Miniature Xoloitzcuintle and service dog, whom I personally trained. Training Cyra has given me hands-on experience with obedience, routines, positive reinforcement, socialization, and understanding of a dog’s individual personality and needs. It has also taught me how important consistency, patience, and trust are when working with animals. Outside of my military experience, I’ve worked in roles involving customer service, security, management, and behavioral support. These experiences have made me dependable, observant, comfortable handling responsibility, and able to stay calm and attentive in different situations. I’m also very active and enjoy being outdoors, so walks and playtime are something I genuinely enjoy—not just another task on the schedule! As a pet owner myself, I understand that your pet isn’t simply an animal—they’re family. Whether I’m walking your dogs, keeping them company, maintaining their normal routine, or providing a little extra attention while you’re away, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members—and Cyra definitely approves of making new four-legged friends! |
